I’m 6 months post knee replacement and the knee itself is doing great 👍 but of late I’ve started with lower back pain and stiffnesses especially after sitting down have started to follow this video program hopefully to ease my problems

I had a right knee replacement in 2017 and the stiffness always happens. I’m glad there is a video finally that goes through all the stretches for knee replacements. Thank you ❤ omg I love the tshirt!

Your videos are great, thanks for all you do! I'm 3 months post TKR on my left knee. I thought I was finally getting past all the pain and sleepless nights but for some reason the pain seems to have gotten bad again. I know that I am only 3 months post surgery so I'll keep on doing therapy and my home exercises and hopefully it gets better soon.

Thank you! At 4 weeks out from right knee TKR, these exercises are very much appreciated to help relieve my morning stiffness. I’ve been fortunate so far with 124 flexion and 0 extension.

My name is Alicia, and had total knee replacement 4 weeks ago, and will have my scheduled therapy in 2 weeks time. I don't want to waste time., so, While scrolling on my phone I happen to see your demos on how to do exercises at home to help on my suffering of stiffness on my knee. I found it easy to follow and I can tollerate the pain. I found it helpful on my mobility. I started to do the 10 minutes exercises in bed and hopefully can walk freely without the walking aid soon. Thank you so much❤

This is a keeper! I'm going to incorporate these stretches today! I've noticed my lower back aching and basically everything aching from my back down. I'm nearly 6 weeks out. I purchased your year rehab course, FANTASTIC info! Thank you so very much. ❤ I'm having my 2nd TKR in the spring and feel I will be much, much more prepared for a great recovery. You make it look so easy. I have a lot of work to do!

I wish I had found you 9 weeks ago - I am doing in home therapy but so many of your exercises and advice have proved much
more helpful to gain the strength I need to walk outside (it has been a challenge) and for safety have gone back to using
my you - Thank

Hello Dr. Samantha Smith, I've been doing these exercises. I experience buring in the inside of my knee with some of the exercises. I'm 6 weeks out, have reached 120 flexion and close to 0 extension. Is the burning sensation normal and on average, how long do patients experience this?
UPDATE: After doing these exercises, I am improving in my ROM, strength, and with far less pain. Very relieved!

Thank you Samantha, I am trying to do this recovery thing completely alone in UK. I am four weeks post op and finding it difficult to motivate myself first thing in the morning after my knee has stiffened up. This video is now my 'go to', the pace and variety are perfect, it's really helping me.

Good morning.
I've found these exercises extremely helpful starting from day 3 after my knee replacement.
Obviously I can't do them all, but that would be expected as I still have the vulcanised rubber and plaster band aid still in place.
I'm looking forward to the end of week 3 when the plasters come off and I've less restrictions allowing me to fulfill every exercise.

I am 4.5 weeks post TKR COMPLEX REVISION DONE 2/7/24-original TKR done 8/14/23 failed. So new surgeon! I will do these exercises for help as this is NOT A TYPICAL SURGERY. THE PAIN IS MUCH MORE DUE TO CORRECTING WHAT FAILED! Thank you for these. ROM AT OUTPATIENT PT IS 90-100 but still painful so homework is mandatory to avoid possible MUA which I’m
Praying won’t be needed if I keep working hard! Will update!
