Thank you so much .This was my first, but this afternoon, my second. Need to flatten my belly and tighten waist and arms. I just want my body tone and flex. At this point in my life, a lifetime, lol. I love the fact that we pray before getting started.

I did this one with no sound-- my bluetooth earbuds were out of juice. But your cueing is so good and the timing of the moves is so consistent that I really didn't need the music!

Yes I did it Jules! Yay, it makes me happy to say that. I only did it once bt added 2 more sets of squats, some ankle raises and some light stretching. Thanks for your words of encouragement!!!
