i dont usually write comments in pilates or workout videos. but i have to thank you how much ur moves really calm my heart and mind everyday. after doing it my body feels more stronger and energised but at the same time very calm with all the tensions going away. i bet lots of people who follow ur moves feel that way too ❤💜🧡💚

I love these workouts! I have been starting my day with these routines and it has definitely helped with stress management. I totally recommend this to everyone and if you are more athletic you can always add some jump rope at beginning or end!

I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and have began feeling quite sore by the time I get up in the morning. I knew to come to you for a good morning stretch, but THIS practice was EXACTLY what I needed! Wonderful full body warm up and some perfect hip openers for labor prep! So thank you for always having what I need and taking it at a pace so I can make adjustments to suit my bodies needs! You are amazing Nicole! 🥰
