Day 6/60 never felt so good! I’m looking forward to completing the whole challenge. I am a stay at home mum with a two year old, I’ve been working out with bullyjuice since February last year (2022) just three days a week consistently helped me loose 10kg from just doing full body workouts with him. This year my plan is to build muscle and challenge myself, my goals are to be strong and healthy. It’s so funny when my daughter casually starts to play the workout before I get the chance to put the working mat on the floor, sometimes she’s using YouTube by herself and I catch her doing jumping jacks. I’m feeling inspirational haha 😊✨

Day 50/60!! Nearing the end can’t wait to start the next challenge already! I’ve learned allot about myself and my body and it’s limits during this challenge and I wanna thank BullyJuice and I wanna thank God for giving me the ability to make it through! I’m out of town next week. For over a year now, I use my vacation week as a deload week from the weights and have a collection of your “no equipment” videos that I’ll do in the AM while everyone else is still snoozing. Superset that with 30 min of walking and I’m good to go!
