Upper body workouts can be a great option for those of you who are short on time and wanted to get the most out of your home workouts! Let's do this! A no equipment workout that you can do from home to workout your lats, traps, chest, shoulders, arms and abs! This workout is perfect to grow your chest, shoulders, back and triceps!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

This workout has helped me do 10 pushups consistently and without struggling. I am a teen who always had rep basketball and rep soccer but was skinny and weak because of a health problem but last year my health problem was fixed and since the health problem involved being underweight, weight started coming on randomly and i got a small belly. But i am so grateful i found your channel your ab workouts are shredding my belly fat and i am very confident that this workout will make my upper body ripped. Keep crushing it.
