Thank you Bully for your content!! In the begining of 2021 I was that week Kid with low self steem. I decided that was enough and discoverd your chanel. I started with the cardios 30 min 40 min and 60min in the beginig of the year. But then I realise as my goal was to build muscle I started with the 20 min legs and 20 min upper body and others. Today every time I take my shirt of in the swimming pool(I play waterpolo) I get comments in how amazing I look. Thank you for helpping me building my confidence and keep going💪💪

Hey dude! Big fan of your content. You and your videos have honestly been so incredibly helpful in me maintaining a healthy morning routine, and I am super grateful for that!
if this hasn't already been mentioned I feel like your workouts/stretches could use some voiceover/narrative descriptors (from you). I just find it difficult not having any audio-based cues to indicate upcoming exercises, which makes transitions (exercise to exercise) less smooth. I also find myself lost not knowing what part of the body I should be focusing on, especially when I am just supposed to follow along and mirror exercises/stretches. Your voice is honestly such a powerful motivator, I just feel like others (myself included) would benefit from hearing your knowledge and learning from you in real-time. anyways dude. I hope you have an awesome rest of your day! stay blessed!

I'm 57 and disabled. I will continue to pray and exercise to improve my health. That Includes sets of push-ups, situps, and so forth.
