As much as I doing this, i just wanted to remind you girls, it’s ok to not be able to do it as effortlessly as her. Anyone who knows about her personal life, also knows that she has been through years of harshness and tolerance, to be able to gain this level of perfection. You'll be there too, just give it time :)

I just wanted to say thank you. I've recently been diagnosed with lean PCOS, a birth condition where I have a natural intolerance to any sugars. These are fantastic - it really strengthens the core! Trust me ladies - I am 5 months PP and first weeks after childbirth brought unpleasant surprises as to how weak my core and pelvic muscles were - if though I worked out till the last day of my pregnancy. But it does take a toll and well, first couple of weeks I knew I had to be close to the ladies’ room if you know what I mean. No laughing or coughing either. But now, this is entirely gone and I can jump on a trampoline without being afraid. So yeah, these workouts work. Trust in the proces!

I've recently stepped up my workouts to include heavier weights and found this which is perfect for abs and core day!!! I repeated the main workout twice before doing the finisher - loved it, feel tighter and stronger already!! Thanks Anna xx
