15 minute PULL UPPER BODY Kettlebell Workout ( Slow Paced Strength Routine🦾)

In this Upper Body Pull Workout we will have for 15 minutes straight, Different exercises for the back, Shoulders & biceps. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and with 154 seconds rest between the exercises.
You can also use your dumbbells for this routine in case you don't have any kettlebells.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue), 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) Kettlebell.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
Workout Detail:
1. Alternating Bent Over 3x Rows
2. 3x Bent Over Rows - Leaned Shrugs
3. 2-Step Negative curl
4. One Arm 2x Row To Upright Row R
5. One Arm 2x Row To Upright Row L
6. Kneeling Dynamic Bullet Curl
7. Dynamic Stiff Leg To Upright Row
8. Bent Over Back Pulls Alt 2x 2x
9. Take Over Hammer Curl
10. Landmine Row 3x Count Hold
11. Bent Over Take Over
12. Explosive Upright To Negative Curl
13. Pullover
14. Hover Press Hold To Pullover
15. Double Grip Concentration curl
