Welcome back, guys! This week we are doing a stairs workout - this can be done indoors or outdoors.

This routine is great at getting the heart rate up to burn calories, and the muscular exercises in between will help to sculpt and tone your body.

I loved filming this and it was a great workout to do to mix up my cardio, so I hope you enjoy.

I only climb up the stairs for about 30 mints straight.., kinda like I'm walking on the stairs... I sweat so much and my heart rate goes really high.. surprisingly I am also losing weight..
Don't push yourself so hard that you can't do that everyday..
Lessen to your body🤍 and do those exercises which you can do everyday.... It not only make you lose weight but also make you a active person 😊

I really want to be able to run up stairs as I did as a kid. Since my 3 years in a coma I have mobility issues. Thanks a million for sharing this

I'm almost 300 pounds and I just started my weight loss journey. I'm too embarrassed to go to the gym and don't even know where to start. I found this video and it DESTORYED ME! 3 minutes in, I wanted to give up, but I kept going.

I feel proud to say that I DID ALL 10 MINUTES. Thank you for this video. I'll keep doing it until I am ready to go to the gym.

Edit: I made this comment section a weight loss journal. It just makes sense to have the comment section be the place to jot down my thoughts right after a workout.

I’m gonna try this for 7 days so I’ll be back in 7 days

edit: completely forgot about this so basically i did this for 1week and 2days so the results are that it did slim down my legs a bit but it’s still a work progress

edit 1 month: it’s becoming easier and i’ve become much slimmer then i did 1 month ago so it’s great

Had started this workout in the beginning of covid had very good results then stopped working out all together and gained back all the weight I had lost now I'm starting again with this cause I know this video will help me again

Hi Holly. I did this workout three times before. I don't really need to lose weight. I'm about a stone underweight but I just found this workout great for feeling good and suppose it keeps the weight off. Once I did yesterday with two more exercise workouts one for the same time as this workout and one for five minutes. One of the workouts was running up the stairs skipping a step, one was a leg squat workout by placing one leg on the step and bending the other leg keeping back straight for 45 seconds on each leg and one workout was walking up the stair but moving to the side and bring one leg up to two steps by twisting as you bring the leg up to the step.Not did those workouts before. One time was on the stairs at my parents house a month ago and the first time was two months ago when I tried this workout. An excellent workout and I'll do again. I've liked this video. 😀

Love this workout ! For previously obese people in the middle of their weight loss journey - this is a GREAT low impact high calorie burner ! The exercises are achievable and effective!

I started this work out...it's easy to do for beginners ... Its my 3rd day hope for best ... If ur starting exercise Strat with possitive mindset u can definitely achive .. all the best.

ILL BE UPDATING EVERYDAY!

Day 1: I couldn’t get through the whole thing (I
haven’t worked out since March 2020, so I’m a little out of shape💀)

(Update: I gave up😭✋🏼, I’ve been doing jump rope and running instead🏃‍♂️)

I sweat more in this 10 min. Than I usually do in 30 min. From other Work outs. Love it.
