Such a fab workout inbetween meetings, lunch breaks, etc. I burnt almost 100 calories in 10 minutes! Absolutely brilliant. I've never EVER looked forward to workouts before I found Rick on YouTube, and now I love it. I'm going to try the 7 day challenge now too!

Rick you are the best. Being one of your 'older' subscribers, I like your workouts WITH commentary as your cheerful voice uplifts me as it has done throughout the pandemic. Especially now as I've got Covid and I'm in isolation (again). Here's a poem for you (I'm a poet)
On New Year’s Eve 2021
the day before the new year has begun
I tested positive for Omicron
and wondered what I had done
and what the world has begun
to put me in a place of (re) isolation
can’t even go on a stay-cation
 
I must contemplate (again)
the walls that close me in
before my next year can begin.
