This is a super fun walking workout and we're taking it old school with some absolute classics from the 80s.
We're smashing 1700 steps in 12 minutes.

This fun workout is about having fun, getting sweat on from the comfort of your own home.
We keep it low impact, safe on your joints and super fun.
Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

I'm a 71 year old ex Personal Trainer. Started doing Ricks workouts over a year ago after having a 17 week knee injury. Started with the easy ones. Now I wear a weighted vest and hand weights while doing them. This latest video and the J Lo one are a great start to the day. Even if you do no other exercise these videos will put you in a good frame of mind for the rest of the day. Try doing them before breakfast. You will kick off your calorie burn. Great work out Rick. Thank you for your time and energy in helping us oldies get motivated.

First song was 70's!! I wish you used Lets go crazy by Prince for the end. That song is full on cardio & would have exploded!

I am 75 and walk a lot but I have been looking for fun, not boring, indoor workouts for those days when I don’t feel like going for an outside walk and now I have found your fun workouts to great music which keeps the enthusiasm up! New subscriber here! Thank you!

12 minute workout that flew by!! I could have happily carried on with music from the 80s. You should do an 80s indie/rock one with music by REM, Simple Minds, PiL, Cure or a new romantic one... Spandau, Duran. The 80s was such a variegated decade, music-wise. Thanks, Rick. Legwarmers, headbands and dayglo leotards at the ready!!

Keep these vids coming! Love the music and can follow your hand gestures perfectly! Would love a play list of the versions of these songs plus others you have on your vids! I like the sped up versions of these songs better!! Keep up the great work! 💪🏼
