Try this 15 minute low-impact workout, great for beginners.

15 moves | 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

2 squats 2 knee smashes
Step out to knee (R)
Step out to knee (L)
Reverse lunge clap under to reach up (R)
Reverse lunge clap under to reach up (L)
March / Jog
Twist toe touch / skiers
Slow motion burpees
Lateral squats
Slow motion mountain climbers
Hook, hook, knee smash
Prisoner squats
Prisoner RDL
Press ups
Up down plank, knee, knee

Been doing many of your other, low impact work out. This one caught out, 40sec rather than 30 !!!!

It's Saturday, i didnt even want to get up let alone move. But I did the work out to chase that feeling at the end, you always tell us about. I feel better for moving but I won't lie I found this one hard but I achieved it all bar the burpees, I'm too big to get down to do so I marched for that instead. Thank you Joe
