40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

Squats
5 squat pulses and stand
Slow mountain climbers
Slow half burpee
Squat, lateral leg raises
Push ups
Elbow plank
Knee to elbow march
Reverse lunge to lateral lunge (R)
Reverse lunge to lateral lunge (L)
Bear plank / with shoulder taps
Knee pull downs
Bicycle crunches
Reverse crunches
Walkouts

At age 75 I’ve been doing your Seniors for the last year - great! Like most my age I can’t get to the floor and up again so have to miss those ones out …. Love doing these. So five days a week for 52 weeks my husband (age 79) and I have done over 250 workouts with you. Thank you.

More 20 minute HIIT sessions please! I have been doing your workouts 5 days a week since the beginning of the first lock-down. They are brilliant! I like to complete 20-30mins a day if possible and I think I have done all your work-outs of this duration several times. Thank you! You are a super star!

i absolutely lOVE this workout . load of stretching iwth bit of cardio thrown in. i do it every weekday morning and it sets me up for the day. brilliant.
