I’m recovering from depression, and I used to be really active, but when things got bad I stopped moving for a little over a year, I’m currently working on getting my life back and taking care of myself. Thanks for helping me❤❤

There I was, lying and scrolling through YouTube, when up pops your video. Can’t believe I just completed this workout having spent three months from September to November lying on the sofa with chronic back and sciatic pain. You’re an amazing motivator and you made me feel great. Thank you Joe. I shall have to do this again tomorrow.

Been doing this workout since Sunday, and it's true! My mood has already improved! Thank you for this one, Joe! I'm hoping to reclaim my health, leave my sedentary life behind and take accountability for my well-being! I had a kidney issue, but now my doctor has given me the okay to go back to exercise! I'm proud of myself!

I tried to do your beginner workout last year and the chest pain was awful. I'd thought I was unfit for years but if I couldn't even get through a beginner workout I knew something was wrong. Went off to the Dr and was diagnosed with pretty damn bad asthma! So while not the intention, you still helped me and my health and now exercise isn't (as 😉) awful

Thanks Joe! I’m trying to get back into the routine of regular exercising. I fell out of routine about 6 months ago when I got pneumonia. This workout I found intense, but I’m going to try to keep doing it every day, and see where it takes me. 💪🏼
