5 Best Ab Exercises for Women Over 50
(4:07) RKC Plank (1 minute total)
(6:12) Knee Slide Crunch (30 reps)
(8:34) Foot Touch to Flutter Kick (15 each leg)
(10:31) Invisible Ball Twists (10 each side)
(11:58) Superwoman's (30 reps)

To get these rep totals, it is okay to break the exercises up into smaller sets. You don't need to do all of the reps in one set!

I will be 71 yrs old this year. Since the pandemic began I have gained so much weight. This belly fat has got to go! Since I’m staying home more these days your exercises are exactly what I need! Thank you!

Love it, love it, love it!!!! I’m not 50 yet just turn 48 this week but I’m almost there! Doing all this awesome exercises before I hit 50 so I can get there stronger than 40☺️💪🏻

It's important to provide a variety of exercises for the same muscle group. This way the person can choose the exercises that are most compatible with them. This is especially important when someone is 50 plus. Very informative video.

thank coach 🙏🏾 i’ll love this, use to be in the gym bfr 5dys a wk, since i hit 50 my stamina slowed down, i’m hypertension and diabetic, depression since the murder of my son i feel saden and almost all my body aches, on soo much meds and i hv family to look after, don’t have motivation to do exercise. appreciate this ad 👏God bless you fitness coach.
