These are so good. I have no periods from 4 months. But after doing these asanas.. I got my periods within 3 days

Hi I have irregular periods and my periods was 45 days late and I have brown spotting so I checked for yogas i do this yoga for 20 days and I got my periods after 62 days and I ate papaya, red dates, ginger tea thank you so much sister and next cycle also come in 42 days without any exercise and again thank you so much❤❤
