I love this! I am a teacher and some days I am able to unroll my mat and practice at school, this is the perfect length/practice to get the energy moving!

how fun and lovely and a great way to begin the day! thank you for your wisdom and soothing voice; as a yoga teacher it's sometimes hard to actually let go and enjoy a practice given by someone else and fully surrender. Lovely!!

Hi Devi, it seems I like to do a class from yours on sunday afternoons, after going to the movies on sunday mornings (this time : Barbie. For us, EXTREMELY disappointing). Loved this class ! Drawing a figure 8 in the sky with the knee in 3-legged dog was deceptievly challenging😉 Thank you for another great flow🙏

Loved this! Only thing I would say is that it feels like I should have done dragon stretch on the hip that I just did the figure 8s with.

Wasn't quite sure I was up for this, first thing in the a.m. But with a few mods, really enjoyed it. Even considered doing it a second time but opted to add one of your shoulder/chest opener yin sequences with blocks which was a nice complement (always needed as spend too much of day seated, hunched).
