The morning and evening tend to be the most power full times energetically to practice yoga. This morning yoga workout will flow through a full body warm up to help you build up a sweat and raise your core temperature gradually before going into some deep stretches along with some strengthening for the abs, glutes, upper body, core and posterior chain.

A well balanced practiced starts slow and calm to help you ground and calm the nervous system. Then slowly helps you to build heat in order to reduce risk of injury during deep stretching. By following this format in today's video, you'll feel more confident goind deeper into your poses as you move with precision and awareness, instead of just collapsing mindlessly into joint-offending end ranges.

I loved the class but found the music mostly distracting other than during the flow, where it helped me to find my breath. Thanks for another great class.

Hi Tim. Liked this practice from way back when, but I'm in the anti wallpaper-music camp. Your voice is music enough :-). But if we need a backing track, I would suggest trying natural sounds: waves (remember them?), birdsong or leaves rustling. On second thoughts, some of those might sound strange on a roof top or indoors ...

I liked the music in background!I always wondered about why Tim didn't use music during his asana practice and I thought it was because he wanted us to focus on his directions. But I found the music made it somehow easier to focus? Thanks, Tim! :)

I love the fact that I can 'go back in time' with youtube; something that was great 3 years ago is still great today. Or..maybe I've just had too much coffee. Anyway, thanks for another wonderful workout, Tim!

Thanks Tim, really like the peacefulness of the class. Both more in your voice, as with the background music.

Personally I prefer those over the classes at the beach, the backgroundsound for me is then more distracting then soothing.

Hi Tim. I really enjoyed the yoga today. Great practice. I was not such a fan of the background music during the session. It distracted from your voice. Also, has some 'told you' to be more serious? It did not feel like the normal relaxed and fun loving Tim that I am used to. Love your work as always. Thanks Tim

Loved it Tim, especially the music. I’m certainly a long way from being a pro and sometimes I struggle with classes longer than 30 mins but the music kept me going, kept me relaxed too throughout
