Am an once in a while workout guy, trust me these are the exercises you need to follow if you have to get into shape just immediately, you don't need expensive equipments, just a set of dumbbells, thanks 🙏🙏🙏

4 SUPERSETS
4:02 - Close-to-wide press (10 reps)
4:40 - Read Delt Fly (12 reps)

4 SETS
5:46 - Side Lateral Pumps (12 reps)

7:35 - Upright Row into Clean & Press (8 reps)
8:16 - Kneeling Shrugs (until fail)

Hi Marino, I have been working out for last 3-4 years and followed many videos before. But I must say I like the dumbbell version exercise of yours, all videos of dumbbell only versions. Your variations are really good and you more than one dumbbell version videos for a particular body part (Chest, arms, etc). That is good as I generally change exercises each 3 weeks. I want to request, if possible, can you please also mention which part of the muscle the exercise are for. Thanks and please provide more dumbbell only variations if possible. Love you videos and keep smiling and joking while making the videos. That makes it more enjoyable.

Shoulders are essential for the Classic V-Taper shape for a man & it also makes the waist look smaller. These are a great set of exercises. Thanks.

That is indeed how you get cats.
My mum had 3 cats, all gained by that 'just appear out of nowhere and never leave' method of cat ownership.

Hey man I’m just curious about your 12 week muscle gym workout .... I only have dumbles at home would that work for that program ? I’m trying to put on some muscle and your videos on YouTube are helping me ALOT but I want to get into it a bit more any info 😁
