I finally managed to finish 3 rounds of this routine and it was the most challenging workout I think I have ever done, this man is a beast!

1:46 Dumbbell alternating frontal raises
2:44 lateral raises
3:46 Dumbbell Ski's
4:43 Dumbbell Press
5:47 Rear delt flies
6:45 Elevated pike push ups
7:43 Handstand hold
8:49 High side plank raises (22s each side)

45s each Excercise then 15s pause

I swear he sped up the rest timer, and slowed down that workout timer. The end of the workout felt like a literally eternity.

Alternating front raises - 45 sec
Later raises - 45 sec
Dumbell skis - 45 sec
Dumbell press - 45 sec
Rear delt flies - 45 sec
Eleavated Pike pushup - 45 sec
Handstand hold /Pike hold/elevated Pike hold - 45 sec
Hide side plank raises - 22 sec each side
This is a shoulder workout 💪 given my Chris, his workout are effective, if you do it properly, you will understand when you do

Been doing the dumbbell part of this workout for about 4 days now 2-3x a day and im already seeing the gains 💪🏽 im 6’2 and skinny as hell been eating a ton of bulk foods and really getting into a bunch of different exercises. Im sore as all hell but im happy im already seeing results... you rock man!!🤘🏼
