At 51, I’m just starting to build muscle. I have a long history of loving to work out but it wasn’t until I hired a trainer to help me understand building muscle that I started making progress. I find these videos helpful as I get overwhelmed, when I’m about to start my workout. I try not to revert to my old ways of too much cardio or too many reps.

I’m back!
Been a year since I started getting back into it. Was using some earlier videos for bulk and shredding.

I really appreciate the dumbell only exercises because that is all I have at home. Having a fixed income prevents having a gym membership or upgrading my equipment.
