Want bigger shoulders with only a pair of dumbbells? This home follow-along workout will show you how to do that FAST!

Today, I've got a brand new type of workout video for you. I'm going to be taking you through an INSANE 15-minute long shoulder workout. There are 4 circuits of 3 exercises that we are going to be repeating throughout this workout. Be warned, this is NOT easy.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells and try to follow my form and pacing as best you can. Some important things to consider when performing these exercises is to remember to breathe, it's critical you never hold your breath. ALWAYS remember to practice good mind to muscle connection. I want you to always be imagining the muscles working as you are going through the exercise so you can activate them as much as possible. Another important aspect is to always prioritize control over speed for the sake of preventing injuries and ensuring we're getting micro-tears in the deltoids that are responsible for the muscle growth during the recovery and repair phase.

I hope you enjoy this total demolition workout of the shoulders. Remember to give yourself 48 hours of rest before training this muscle group again and so you can allow for optimal growth of the mushin-up exercise). Completing this routine once was very challenging. Try doing this routine TWICE (after a 5 min break) set my deltoids on fire. Excellent workout!

Fantastic! And I’m gonna hit shoulders today. I prefer the old fashioned ones where you talk about the exercise or count as it goes though.

I can tell. this 15 minutes excersize definitely works. I started to do a few months ago once a week, and I had add weights on the dumbells several times since, because it had started to fell too easy. I wish there would be similar leight videos for, chest, arms etc. anyway big thanks to you Tanner!

I did this with 7 kilo's and I felt a burn in my shoulders. Next time I will try a bit heavier because the first time I didn't want to end myself with heavy weights. But this video is golden. Loved it 100%
