Dude I've been following you for a couple of months now and doing one of your workout vids 5-6 nights a week since then and have been seeing some awesome progress. I love this video format style because i can put it on a loop and keep it on my monitor as I follow along. Just did this one tonight for the first time and it humbled the shit out of me lmao.

I recommend going slower on the way down. Also try full ROM lateral races focus on going slow on the way down also

In the exercise c & d should i do each of the 2 movements 3 sets with 10 repeats or both together counts at 10 repeats and 3 sets

I just do lateral raises and shoulder press just work the shoulders greatly and hit the other muscles like rear delts on back day
