I can confirm. Everything he says is spot on. The vibrations are intense, and it's highly highly highly recommended to only practice this when you are mentally, emotionally and spiritually stable. While the process doesn't necessarily require total surrender, it does require surrender, the more try to control it, the scarier and more intense it will seem. It takes about a couple hundred times before it feels normal. And the dimensional traveling is similar to a psychedelic experience, however you have much more stability, emotional and mental control when you do this sober, as you are not under the influence of plant based chemicals. My initial encounter with an out-of-body experience (OBE) occurred when I was just 17 years old. However, my understanding of this phenomenon truly began to take form at 26 when I stumbled upon Monroe's seminal work on the subject. Yet, due to religious beliefs that often clouded such experiences in fear, my initial OBEs were far from pleasant, often culminating in the manifestation of a fear-induced entity in my room.

Struggling with this paralyzing fear became a part of my journey for some time. As I progressed, I began to understand that these apparitions were nothing but embodiments of our fears. As long as fear retained its hold over us, true freedom - the kind that allows our consciousness to wander beyond our physical confines - would remain elusive.

Over time, I mastered the ability to sit up and observe my surroundings during my experiences. Daylight sessions proved to be more conducive, for they lacked the presence of the intimidating shadowy figures that populated my nighttime ventures. Thus, most of my explorations occurred under the sun.

There was one remarkable incident that still resonates with me. During one of my OBEs, I found myself observing my four-year-old daughter through the wall of my master bedroom. She was in the kitchen, struggling to pull out a gallon of milk. I watched her determinedly drag it along the hallway, heading towards my room. I decided to put the reality of my experience to test. I decided to return to my body and wake up to see if she was really en route to my room.

As I snapped back to my physical form, I no longer possessed the ability to see through walls. But I could hear small, purposeful footsteps growing louder. Then came a knock, followed by the slow turning of the doorknob. There she was, my little girl, whispering, "Dad, I want some milk." In her hands, she held the unopened jug of milk, dragged all the way from the kitchen where I had seen her during my out-of-body experience. The reality of my journey had just been affirmed.

My sweet MOM passed away from Cancer, bacterial meningitis, lungs infection, kidney failure, 18 chemo, 40 rediations, fits, strokes internal bleeding and finally heart failure. She was only 48 year old , but I know she’s in Heaven!!! She wasn’t just my mom, but my best friend. Please pray for her.

Fear has its own purpose. So you are being taught to ignore this warning so that you can hand yourself over to spirits that do not like you. In fact, they hate you, and want to occupy your body. (What a coincidence that its presented as something fun and spiritual) cuz if you knew the truth you wouldnt do it. Why would they like or love you when you have a body and they do not. They are literally disembodied spirits. I seriously urge you to NOT do this. Not worth it just to go flying and looking around. We are not designed to handle that kind of experience without God's protection. It's a dangerous game. It's like planning a trip into the deep ocean without oxygen or knowledge. Please research the negative experiences, too. You can experience sleep paralysis, seeing entities, feeling of being touched or hit, and mental insanity. Thats not even 1/2 of it. Please take heed

This is true and very real. I have the ability to astral project and leave my body as did everyone on my moms side of the family. The astral world is literally a carbon copy of this world, except colors are more vibrant. Sound is much louder. It’s very warm but not temperature warm, I can’t explain it. It’s possible for anyone to leave their body and travel the astral plane. I have helped people in the past with techniques and various methods that may work for them. It can be scary at first but your spirit guides will always be with you, even if you may not be able to see them. And no, you can not get lost or stuck.

I’ve never had an out of body experience yet, but I’ve heard to pray to GOD to protect you and your spirit as you astral project. Just incase you guys see those dark shadows and dark like creatures once you astral project. All I would say is to not let my comment scare you but just be aware that spirits are always around us that the naked eye can’t see and that’s why you must always tell GOD to protect you from these spirits, entities, energies that is not yours or sent from GOD. And to demand that those spirits, energies, and/or entities leave you and your home and GOD should deliver. Point is, always pray to GOD to watch and protect you before you do something in the physical or spiritual world 🙏🏽
