25/09/22 A great workout!! I absolutely loved the moves and not to mention about the cooldown, the song was just so therapeutic had my lil emotional moment there.

YESSS, BABY, YESSS!!! I love it!!! I did this workout the first time in June's Week 3 Plan - and it's one of my favorite's so far. Tabata is so damn cool - well hot, because I'm sweating like crazy. Whoop, whoop!

Finally I found a workout to include my single dumbbell! 🤩 I know that most exercises require 2 of them so this set was perfect to put some strength into my routine 🏋️‍♀️
