Those side to side tuck jumps are something else - thanks for pushing us past our comfort zones, Anna. I love doing abs with DB - you really feel the muscles being toned. Another great Tabata for the books. Have a great weekend. Another month is ahead and full of possibilities!

The combinación tabata and ABS burner is perfect for me. I still have some problems to keep going 50 seconds but 20 seconds Tabata workouts make me feel stronger 💪. I LOVE the music. It was very encouraging. This is really great one😅 thank you Anna😘
