Hi beautiful! Your pilates classes are amazing, I love your voice, how you talk about your life and the whole vibe is so relaxing. You've got a very unique style and love it 🥰🥰 I bought a pilates book a while ago but I didn't read it. Lately my inner voice has been telling me Pilates might be the best for me. So I started reading the book and was so surprised by all the benefits Pilates can offer and I didn't know. I started looking for YT videos and it's mostly white women, but I wanted to find someone who looks similar to me. You're the first one and maybe the only one I've found, and God I'm so grateful ❤️ I already feel stronger, my balance and my back pain are getting so much better & I've only been doing this for like a week!! Pilates is life! Thank you so much 😊😊

I loved this workout. It left me feeling so strong. After years of doing yoga I got really flexible but not that strong and my back really suffers. I think this beginner videos are really helping at slowly strengthening my core. Thanks again girl!!

These workouts are so great for people with joint problems (EDS in my case)! Highly recommend. Also Isa is so charming and likable and makes everything so fun. Laughed out loud during rolling like a ball!

Hi I'm 26 years old mother of twin boys and I have finally decided to work on improving my overall health and when I was doing research, I found that Pilates is the best core workout programme. This is my first day and I felt like I was dying already 😂. I've never workout in my life so this was an eye opener for me. I look forward to improving as we grow, thank you so much. Did this absolutely kill me as a beginner, trying this for the first time? YES
Am I discouraged to do it again? NOT AT ALL😊
I absolutely loved this video, other beginner pilates videos make me dread doing them because most exercises are very fast, being done within a time limit, kind of makimg them feel like a chore. however this doesn't feel rushed and the chats you have during the exercises make it feel as if this is something you do more to socialise and chill whist your core and glutes are burning😂
