DESCRIPTION
An easier pace, but with challenging moves. This short, punchy workout will give you dynamic stretching, strengthening and stability. Start with large range of motion, slightly faster paced exercises to heat the body. Then use a weight for single side lunges with a balance aspect to challenge your core. Finish with lengthening down dog to pigeon and down dog to runners lunge combinations to give you a deeper stretch. A great way to wake up the entire body.

Duration: 16 mins
Equipment: moderate weights (2.5g/5lb)

I love these short workouts. I am using them on the busy days at my office job. Helps get everything moving. My other job is very active so I love having something before my inactive job to just get moving. Thanks Linda...you're still the best instructor on YouTube!
