A lot of back pain is a result of tightness in our hips. If our hips can't move well, then they will find the motion elsewhere. Try this as a test to see how well your hips move. *note* my hips don't move great due to previous surgeries. If you can do better than me then you're doing well!

If it hurts or feels like pinching when sitting, the move to lying on your back and do the same movement. Try not to let your back come off the ground.
