Omg... this fixed me. Years of terrible pain right underneath my shoulder blade. Gone. Had to do it several times. I don't feel the pain anymore now 😮

I'm glad I found your chanel. I was in an 8 car pile-up last year, and my back has not been the same. As a professional cook, I cannot let it slow me down, so the healing process hasn't improved much. These exercises have really helped, especially in the mornings.
