After weeks of extreme pain I remembered that a friend gave me the tip about your YouTube channel. After doing this exercise in the evening I immediately felt less pain. For the first time in months I slept till 9.30 am. What a relief. Thank you.

Lovely, safe mobility! I love the speed of your workouts. How can I get my knees to stay together when I rotate side to side? The bottom knee goes all the way to the floor, but the top knee won't stay together without effort.

Hi, sorry quick question, in the beginning you have us tilt our pelvis, does that change in anyway for a person whose hips are tilted the wrong way? I have that hip retrograde thing. Thanks! Really appreciate your videos!!

Hey, i really love this sequence and have been doing it few times per week :) However since a few weeks i noticed now there is 3 ad commercials breaking up the flow of the 12 min video. Could you remove some? As it really disturbs the flow of the video
