Literally the only workout that brought the line back in my back and burned the fat around my mid back. I also do her ab workouts after, but this is my fav back workout (without weights)!

For anyone who want to try this
I did this for 2 weeks and now my posture is so much better and i lost back fat plus as i am teenager my height increase by 1 cm
So yeah guys do this it's really worth it

i love this workout so much <3 fun fact guys training ur back often actually helps cinch ur waist and makes it look slimmer due to fat loss on the back. so i'm training hard to get that desired upper body ! thank you mary ily :, )

This worked wonders! I have chronic pain from a few compressed fractured vertebrae in my thoracic spine and seriously after one workout my back pain disappeared! Now I keep it up every week, It feels like a miracle :D!!!

I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now! And it works very well. I am a student who spends most of her time with sitting in front of the computer or in the classroom. I often have pain in my back, but nowadays I don't!! On the other hand I wanted to get a slimmer back and to my surprise, not only my back, but also my waist got slimmer. :))

I started doing this workout because when I noticed when I dance, that I don't have fluidity of movement in my lower back (lumbar)... almost like it's tight or something. I tried this the first time and I thought my back would be killing me after. It only is uncomfortable while doing it, but I get through it! I've noticed better posture, more fluidity in my back and really my back just looks much more shapely. Love this video
