Inactivity during the pandemic/fires and menopause led to serious hip arthritis and sarcopenia of legs/glutes. Too weak and painful to climb stairs, sit down, stand up, and kneel. I went from athletic yoga teacher to cane walker in 2 years. To recover, I’ve changed diet and re-started exercise working thru the pain. It’s an uphill effort, but small progress has been made and will hopefully continue. Against orthopedic advice, I cycled to keep joints moving since they were getting too tight from strength training. Stretching helps but strengthening has been most effective in regaining mobility. I have to unlearn all the compensatory movement I developed over time injured. Exercise, anti-inflammatory diet, and focusing on proper movement has been key to getting back to “normal”

You are I hurt my knee a couple of years ago and because I was walking funny I started feeling it in my hip. I ordered your FAI FIX and have been using it for about 3 weeks. I'm old 🤣, and very stiff so it's slow but I see improvement. This video will also help so thank you so much for all of your videos 🥰 I forgot to say, the Dr said I need a hip replacement. I'm going to fix it your way!!!

Woke up with terrible lower back pain after doing probably too much lifting while moving things yesterday. This provided so much relief! Thank you!

I worked 12 hours a day at a desk job for a decade. Then I became a team over the road truck driver where the truck rolled for 22 hours a day, for another decade. These two decades of sitting for in excess of
12 hours a day, FOR A LIVING, resulted in much harm to my body.
Thank you for the information and sharing your expertise

Finally a video that’s clear, funny, using things most people have, and tadaaa - not for athletes ! Everyone with a back and two legs can do these and work op from there. This is super helpful and the issues themselves are so clearly explained ! Can’t be improved !!

Thank you for this video. I've discovered that old-school house cleaning, like washing the floor on my hands and knees, has helped my psoas and thigh tightness. I'm sore after the cleaning, but I do not hurt the next day and don't need pain relief. I sit all day at work, so I'll add these exercises to my weekly routine.

To answer your question, after my 13 hour fusion l2-s1. Life's been a battle ever since (muscle imbalances, pain, lack of sleep.... I could go on and on 😞. Looking through all your videos I'm getting some hope back (of moving like a normal person) yay!

I've noticed for over three years my condition has been getting worse over time, I'm now at the point of tears. I'll be 67 in august, and my body is so weak from being too sedentary from too much sitting. I can't stand up straight and my whole lower extremities hurt like hell. Walking has become very difficult. I fell like my gait is unstable and I'm constantly stumbling. I can't walk a full block without having to stop and rest. I use a cane off and on. It makes me feel so embarrassed when to see seniors much older than myself who can walk better than me. I'm so afraid I'm going to have to use a wheelchair to get around. I'm praying your exercises will help me to be able to strengthen me so I can stand straight and walk without so much pain and struggle. 😢

Hi, just found your video. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try any of the exercises, but just reading that there are others out there with the same problem as me helped me a lot. I have had right hip pain for nearly 2 years and last summer the pain left me but I was left with the lost ability to stand up straight. I can no longer make a meal, walk any distance etc. The doctors look at me like I am crazy. Thanks again.

Can’t believe how much this helped. I couldn’t even stand up straight. Nothing worked.. heat, stretching, inversion table. Your exercises got me standing straight!
