LOVE this workout! 2 sets of each move was perfect, especially if you increased your weight the second round. Anna, Dre, and Kaycee are such a power team! Love them all and hope to see them in future vids!

Great workout before I begin my long, long work day. I am a clinical counselor, and, I sit for long periods of time. This will help (along with proper diet) burn calories throughout the day. Thanks ladies.

love this!! I get really sweaty and it works your muscles really good but easy so I don't even have to do the modified versions (which I sometimes do have to with other workouts!) which makes me feel strong and good
