Join me for a 15 minute FULL BODY SCULPT WORKOUT to burn calories and strengthen your legs, arms and especially your shoulders. I promise you're going to feel those muscles on FIRE! All you need is a light set of dumbbells between 3-5lb. This is a STANDING ONLY workout which mean it's WRIST FRIENDLY, and LOW IMPACT with no jumping. More 15 light dumbbells like this one! This 15 minute workout had me burning and breathless which is what I want! This was harder than most of the longer ones! Quicker and harder is where it is at for me! Thank you!

i thought i was ready for this and started with 5lb weights 😮‍💨😓 i quickly move down to my 3lb 😅 I am out of breath and sweat was pouring the first 5 minutes 😅🤣 did what i could and will be adding this to my weekly routine 💪🏾now time to do the 4 minute cool down. Thank you Mik 💜

Your workouts suit me down to the ground! Fun and innovative but not too complicated. Your words are spare and always focused on coaching form and encouraging. I have a very physical job (nurse) and I need to stay strong, keep my stamina and be injury-free. My sister (also a nurse) is now a fan of yours too.
