5th day here!

I want to say, I love how you format these videos and all the details you put in: the entire workout countdown, the exercise name and number, and the countdown for each exercise! It really helps me. "Oh, I don't know if I can hold this much longer, oh, it says 5 more seconds ok, ok, I can do that." "Oh, sweet, I'm on 6 out of 8, that was fast." Little things that keep motivation going. I really appreciate you for all the work you do, thank you! I'm excited to finish this and continue with more of your videos. :)

I notace somthing which most people comment on it ( glute briding with one leg lift stright ) which is very advanced level of bridging (briging starts as douple leg bridging, one leg bridging with other bend toward chest, one leg bridging with other leb stright with hold, tge last level is with stright leg raising ), and yes by tge way I'm physiotherapist from saudi arabia I really found these workout helpfull for activating ms endurance and boday awarness which is really greats for most people who have poor life habit or inactivity or those having postural deformity

Thank you so much for these videos! I have been doing the past 5 days, and love them! I need to lose at least, 125 pounds and with your workouts I feel I am set for success! This one kicked my butt. I can't wait to revisit it in a month after I get stronger to see how well I do then.

Day 5 done! Some of the moves are harder than others for me, but so far I’ve managed to power through! I’m glad there’s stretching included at the end of each workout because I don’t know enough to be able to stretch for myself without the guidance. And ending on stretches always makes me feel loosened up and ready to tackle the rest of my day!

I could do everything except the bridge/leg lift. Old injuries. But I know in time I'll be able to do it all. Thx for a good start to my day.

Day 5 done! Tx for the knee tip by lift & lower...that pointer came just as my knee started burning! Walked it out a drop and was able to finish the exercise :)

The bridge with holding my leg up was the most challenging part of it. So instead of pumping I was focusing more just holding my leg up. Hopefully down the line I’ll be able to include the pump also.
This workout got my heart rate up.
