40 MINUTE KETTLEBELL WORKOUT // Full Body Strength & Cardio

Today's kettlebell workout will target the full body with a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Using just one kettlebell (or modify with a single dumbbell!) we are going to power through 3 different circuits each designed for improving total body strength and getting that heart rate up. Whoop Whoop!!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 x Kettlebell Circuits 40s work + 20s Rest x2 rounds each
Cool Down

Yet another favourite! Anyone else saved so many HR workouts as favourites but don't have time to go back and do them because she keeps turning out great workouts that then themselves get saved as favourites. Heather, you're the best!

Such a great, solid workout! Small note for anyone who follows Heather to a T like I do, on the 1-legged dead lifts in final circuit she never switches arms for the pull. Didn’t realize it til second time through 👍

Your KettleBell Workouts are the best! I love that you don't blab all the way through out the work out...the little ding ding timer is perfect when I'm focused and don't have my eye on the screen. Your work outs are amazing and saved my fiancé and I's routine in 2020 and now in 2021. We've dropped the expensive gym membership to work out safely at home. I have two requests, more Kettle Bell work outs because we love those, and maybe a single leg stability work out for those of us who struggle with those single leg dead lifts.

So this was my second workout with kb's ever at 57. I haven't worked out in 2 years. You kicked my butt. burned 407 calories. I still have to go at my own pace, but I will be doing more. thank you

This workout was great on so many levels! I love how everything was timed, there was no talking, which helped me focus on my workout without distractions and an excuse to stop, I felt awesome after! Thank you
