I hired coaches before and lost weight. They said because my thyroid is always inflamed no gluten. No dairy. Because I have natural hypoglycemia no sugar or fruit. Also steady state cardio...treadmill 15 incline. 3 speed. 60 minutes 6 days. And lift weights 3 times. And a lot of veggies.
