I lost 50 pounds in just over 3 months. Its a vastly underrated exercise, convenient and little chance of injury.

I started this 2 weeks ago. I have a very old stationary bike and To stay focus I watch the bike trail scenes on YouTube, while blasting my favorite songs or talking to love ones. The 30 min or hour goes pretty fast. Your brain will follow through with more vegetables & water craving. It’s a good feeling and a great look when you can revisit some of the clothes in your closet. Very remarkable indeed! ❤

Did this 45 min a day, kept my
Food intake "healthy" and ate more veggies, lean protein, fruits and small portions. In 20 days I lost 17lbs just doing that just that. No fried foods, no junk foods and snack a little when I felt a little hungry but discipline is key here and good rest. You lose more weight when are "heavier". In which case, I weighed at 210lbs and lose 17lbs. My height and weight guideline suggest that I stay at least 170lbs. Your body has been wanting to lose that much weight and it shouldn't be above 180lbs at max. I feel "lighter", my feet don't hurt as much, i have more energy, my blood work looks amazing and cholesterol levels are back to normal. I am going to pursue 170lbs weight by summer. You want to mix it up but as long as you are putting in 30 minutes of working out (best if cardio), it's a good aim to lose the weight then maintain. Take care of your body and live well - our bodies were meant to move.

This inspired the hell out of me. I bought a stationary bike around December of last year and have been using it on and off, but wasn’t sure if it was worth it enough to build the discipline to use it every day at 5 in the morning. I’m going to hop into it again for sure, I need to shave off some weight.

That’s about 4.7 kg that’s great! Idk how was your training regime before but if you just started losing weight a significant portion of it is water weight but that’s normal, cycling is the best cardio exercise for most ppl, combine it with going to the sauna (preferably after a cycling session), it will increase your metabolic rate significantly and make you burn even more calories plus a bunch of benefits to your brain&body
Also take vitamin B to help convert food to energy, magnesium for better sleep (don’t mess around with sleeping, it affects recovery, fat loss, brain function and more), eat less processed and sugary foods.
Losing weight is simple but takes commitment, lifestyle adjustment and time, don’t believe any “secret” new shortcuts/loop holes/magic pills, don’t support those scammers

I ride 5 days a week 40 minutes 10.2 miles each time....and I am 65. I feel great. Being a former special operator USAF CCT, and retiring with 28 years...I had let myself go after back surgeries. I'm back.

i bought a nice gravel/road bike and i started at 304. dropped down to 275 in a matter of about a month and a half. love cycling. wouldn't want to lose weight any other way.

I cycles for 1905 consecutive days at 24.1 miles a day for all 1905 consecutive days. The only thing that stopped me was a deranged person in a BMW screaming at me to get a certain body part of mine on the sidewalk, even though it is illegal in my state for anyone over the age of 12 to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk. This deranged person used a well placed hit to force me onto the concrete sidewalk, hip first. I spent 14 days starting on July 11th 2023 in the hospital with a broken right femur, a broken trochanter (ball joint on the femur) and a broken right hip bone.
Be mindful of deranged people in a BMW and avoid them at all costs. It doesn't end up well.

combine it with weight training you’ll maintain weight loss and muscle gain. i do like 15-30 mins cycling either morning or after weight lifting then light cardio and while intermediate fasting. Cold showers and clean eating

the guided exercises are such a great idea. i have a bike and i was struggling to just motivate myself to use it on music alone and i just started looking up spin classes on youtube and they help SO much
