It's an exciting half hour workout session that I encourage you to do on a daily basis at least for the next 5 days so that by the end of the challenge, you will notice the difference and the changes in your health and body.

Day 1 completed, I sweated up a storm, love Robertas Gym, I have been doing a couple of her workouts and let me tell you and very happy with the results, I lost 4 pounds already, my belly has gone down and I feel great. Thanks Roberta for your amazing workouts.

This WORKS wonders!! I just finished the challenge last Friday (also I gave up bread and pasta for those 5 days) and I can gladly say I lost the 5 pounds + 1! I started with 138 and now I'm at 132.6. I'm so happy and I'm going to keep going!! 😍 Roberta, I love youuuu

Day 5 completed .

The first two days was quiet hard . My body was sore . It was better on day 3 & 4 . And day 5 I didn’t take much break and was very energetic.

I think it works as I am already feeling the difference . I did the 10 day challenge first then I did the 5 day challenge .

Thank you Roberto for all these exercise . I am going to continue more of ur exercises . My body feels toned and lighter than before .

Day 1 completed!I have been doing variations of different weight loss exercises for the past 5 days trying to find a good one.This exercise is probably my favorite out of thee ones Ive tried and I definitely will be trying to complete this challenge!

Day 1 : done (23rd Aug) - Couldn't complete the whole exercise, only till 18 minutes
Day 2 : done (24th Aug) - complete exercise with a 5 minutes break in between

Day 3 : done (25th Aug) - complete exercise with a few 30 second extra break.

My weight is 75.3kg. day 1 done.
Day 2, 74.6kg before workout
Day 3 done
Day 4 done 73.7 kg
Day 5 done.
Next day and final weight is 72.9kg

Day 1, after workout: feeling SUPER tired, and i'm a little bit sore. Weight: 106.2 ibs!!!
Day 2, after workout: Not tired, just a little sweaty. I'll update on weight later.

Im going to try this workout and see if i can feel the difference!
Day 1: ✅
thanks so much for ur hard work!
Day 2: ✅ i did give up a few seconds before the timer stoped during the jumping exercises and the windmill, but overall i feel great! a little sore though, but hopefully that goes away soon! (I did this exercise twice, one when i finished breakfast and two when i finished dinner!)
Day 3: ✅ i felt a whole lot better in the first half of the exercise than i did in the first 2 days. however, during the run downs, it was a little hard for me to breathe and i took an extra break. i had to stop and skip a few, because i thought that was a good time for me to stop. im still young, but i do hope days 4 and 5 (n maybe beyond) goes a lil smoother! i think i can do it!! ❤
