If you want to burn calories after a good meal then this workout is for you! Easy exercises you can do at home will make sure your body burns enough calories and fat so that over time you stay in good shape.

In our daily lives we not always eat the healthiest of foods. Fast food, snacks, candy, pizza, burgers - they're all calorie-rich foods that compound in time and your body stores them in fat deposits, mainly around your waist line, thighs and arms.

Today's quick video workout contains easy 1-minute exercises you can do at home to start burning unwanted fats and calories you consume, and you can start doing it 15-30 minutes after eating food!

i love this exercise i usually get fed up with a bunch of exercises but this one i just really pushed myself and i really did this cause i ate at 11 pm and i wasn’t supposed to be eating after 5 pm today but i did it and here i am so i’m going to be doing this after every meal since it’s the only one i’ve ever really completed

I'm sure we should at least wait for 45 min after meal to do this exercises..but I just go straight to it anyway coz it looks fun😂

I’m actually surprised here like no jokes but I just started this workout today for this one video after eating a heavy meal one hour ago. I wanted to do this exercise as a warmup, but after doing this exercise one time, I just lost 0.3 kg. Which may not sound like much, but it is sort of a lot considering that this exercise is very simple yet very useful. Thank you!
