Omg just had a huge plate of biryani, was already bloated before, then felt like my stomach was gonna burst after the meal. This workout made me feel 10x lighter tysm 💖💖

Wow, that was so much fun! After eating a big dinner, I was feeling bad and looking for some way too move. It is too late/dark to go out for a walk and I did not want to leave the kids home alone. Luckily, I stumbled upon this video while searching for something to do and it was the perfect solution. I am not fit at all, so this video is good for all levels, including beginners and those who are out of shape. I highly encourage others to give this a try! It was a lot of fun and I am now a new subscriber to this channel.

Why did this actually work so well? I had oatmeal protein pancakes with nut butter and they were delicious but heavy. I feel amazing now. Awesome workout! Definitely doing it again.
