4 sessions of chiropractor visits did not move a needle but 5 sessions of this yoga has done me wonders. My lower back pain has gone down so much that I actually have to pause to notice it. Will be doing this and more yoga sessions from now on. Thank you, Lindsey!

Wow I was so sceptical at first, thought give it a go. First time even doing yoga. I'm 33 with lower back pain and now I feel amazing. I will be doing this daily.

I have been doing this yoga routine for at least 3 years. When I hurt this is what gets me back to feeling good when chiropractic and massage therapy are no longer working. This is most joint pain friendly as well. I have bad wrists and knees and this is the only one I've found that is ACTUALLY easy on them.

This was amazing. I’ve been suffering from extreme lower back pain, and just completed this video. It doesn’t alleviate all of the pain right away, however, I felt a great release in pressure around my lower back and hip area after just one session. I’m going to start incorporating this into my morning and night time rituals. Thank you so much for this!
