Thankyou Emi's instruction, I am really gaining lots of weights because of taking some kinds of medincine, I loved to do sports at home, rather than in the gym, those I tried both, but everyday doing 2-3 sets of HIIT and doing yours ecercise, that's really makes me feel relaxing when I sweats a lot 🤭🤭A little support to Emi, keep producing nice video :)

I’m gonna update here everyday:

Day 1: ✅ I loved this workout. I felt my legs shaking can’t wait to do this for a while and see the results. I’m also doing threadmill after this
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅ I feel better today as I manage to do all of them until the end
Day 4: skipped :(
Day 5: ✅
Day 6:✅
Day 7: skipped
Day 8:✅ I feel much more stronger and exercises are easier to complete
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: rest - i was feeling a lil bit overwhelmed so resting helped me alot i feel like every time i do a rest day i become better at this
Day 11: ✅ I’m seeing big improvements on my body it got leaned a bit overall. My mom approved and said i definitely got leaner. I also try to eat healthy i lost 2 kgs as of now
Day 12:✅
Day 13:✅
I was sick so I didn't do it for few days but now I'm back, I got great results from this my legs definitely got skinnier so I recommend this workout to everyone.

i’m going to update here everyday!! 💓

- day 1 : ✔️ amazing workout, i love it!! it’s not too hard and i love the repetition of the exercises, it’s really helping. i hope to see the results soon!
- day 2 : ✔️ my body aches so bad today!!! i really struggled to finish the workout but i dit it. i can’t see any results for now but since my body is aching it’s still a good thing :)
- day 3 : ✔️ my body aches less but i really struggled to finish it today. can’t see any results yet, but i will keep going :)
- day 4 : ✔️ i’m on my period today so i felt very weak during the workout… i struggled a little bit less, but it was still hard.
- day 5 : ✔️ felt a little bit weak but i still dit it!
- day 6 : ✔️ i’m doing better today. also i was able to do in a better way some of the exercises that were very difficult for me, so i feel like i’m making a bit of progress :)
- day 7 : ✔️ the workout was easier for me to do, and I feel a lot better!!
- day 8 : ✔️ the workout was really easy to do today, and i took the time to stretch at the end. i can see that i have a little bit more abs but it’s not that much, i need to keep going longer to see more results!
- day 9 : the workout was pretty easy today! i feel like i really need to keep going if i wanna see really good results bc my abs are starting to show a little bit (not a lot though).
- day 10 : ✔️ the workout was pretty easy today, but my legs were a bit sore. i can see that my abs are showing a bit more and i’m starting to have a thigh gap (but it’s really really small for now!).
- day 11 : ✔️ the workout was pretty easy today, and my abs are showing a bit more. also, hold abs is definitely the hardest exercise for me, i struggle so hard when i do it!
- day 12 : ✔️ the workout was very easy today. my abs are showing a bit but i still struggle to get rid of my belly pouch😞
- day 13 : ✔️ i had to get back to school today after the holidays. i’m going to try as much as i can to do the workout often but it’s a bit tiring after school… however i felt pretty good today and the workout was pretty easy. i just feel like i gained weight on my stomach… honestly idk.
- day 14 : ❌ skipped i’m sorry. i had a really bad day and just felt too tired bc of school…
- day 15 : ✔️ that was pretty easy. it has been 2 weeks now and i’m thinking about starting another workout even though i absolutely love this one! i can also feel that my abs are there but not prominent yet so i’m still not very satisfied…
- day 16 : ✔️ it was pretty easy today!! i’m still thinking about changing workout though…
- day 17 : ✔️

so, i’m done with this workout because i’m going to start doing another one! first of all i’m very glad that I was able to do this workout during 2 weeks straight, since it was my original challenge for this workout!! (even tough i did it for a bit more days than 2 weeks). overall this workout is amazing, really fun, and so effective! i have to admit that you have to do it everyday for a few weeks if you want to see results, but it really help you build strong abs pretty fast (even for beginners). thank you emi 💕💕

im so happy you're doing the voiceovers again Emi ! I was still using your older vids to workout because i couldn't find other vids w the same guidance and motivation that help me stay focused . you've helped so much throughout my journey.
You should make an unlisted playlist with your workout vids re-uploaded with no talking for ppl who do prefer that though! everyone learns differently

started doing ur workouts in 2020 as an overweight 10 year old. since then, ive lost about 20ish weight and started doing more active sports! love u emi!

Continuing Emi Wong's 30-minute cardio workout for months now, I count it as a success as someone who has reached Ms. Wong's pace while I used to do it at my own pace. I also consider it a success (since I have an endomorph body shape) that fat on any side of my body (chest area, arms, collarbones, legs and thighs, etc.) gets thinner and that someone who is out of breath doesn't get tired while going up and down stairs 3 or 4 times. so please don't tire yourself at all, but make an effort and you will seriously see the difference! 👏🏻🧡 thank you for this excellent exercises. 😇

Day 4 ✅(now I can feel tightness in my thigh and core )
Yesterday is Sunday so I'll take rest 😁

I had an injury on my leg due to an accident 😢I didn't complete it . But
I will continue it from tomorrow and it's my 100 days challenge 😊
