I was doing this and it was okay. But the absolute game changer for was when i increased the distance between the rings where they touch the bar. Man, that was the best burn ever.

I always preferred ring dips, ring archer push-ups, and Ring chest flyes. The rings take it to another level but warn about wrist strength and stretching for beginners. Good way to injure yourself if not careful.

Won't help if you have messed up internal rotation and serratus a., you're still gonna compensate with delts. DO THE PREHAB

Is Incline Push-up on the Ring train the same Muscles as Incline Push-up, or Regular Push-up?

I can do the Regular Push-up on the ring. But after doing some Dips, Pike Push-up, and Decline Push-up, that's really hard to do a Regular Push-up.

Aren’t the rings supposed to be turned out for the entirety of the movement with RTO push ups? This is more like a partial RTO

I'm the opposite I don't feel my chest in ring Pushups but I feel it in normal Pushups

Do the ring pushups without the strange rotation he's doing. Elevate your feet, and it gets better. Keep it simple kids.

Main way i do pushups, im a dyel but people do talk about my chest so yeah it works

this is just a regular ring pushup, not a RTO pushup.
