Also a really huge tip is to warm up your chest. Do some flat bench without weight and go slow so that u get a nice stretch on your chest. Really helped me in. My early days!

incredible short, however i have to say, when you separated the different heads with colours, it irked me how incorrect it was! the bottom most head is much smaller and sits underneath the middle, the middle is the largest,

i am a lil artist so anatomy i kinda get uptight about
