Hi Trish, Happy Friday! Wow, what a great, challenging workout. So many upper body moves. I loved it! I used a range of weights: 3, 4, 5 & 7 lbs. I couldn't go too high with all of the arm moves. I definitely feel worked out now, in a good way! Thank you so much! I hope you and your family have a lovely weekend and that you continue to enjoy nice weather. You know Trish, the thing that kept me going on this one was the fact you also found it tough. There's nothing aa demoralizing as watching the trainer make it look easy when every atom in your body is struggling to keep up.

First time I've struggled with a workout for ages! I'm going to blame poor sleep🤣
By the end, my heartbeat was 165 which is the highest it's been for a long time. After 5 minutes, down to 100. I have no idea if that's a good recovery rate or not but it's still much higher than my RHR.
Thank you for the challenge.

Weird, but this is harder than the other workouts I have done, that are not particularly post 50. I like the many reps, I think it is helpful for me.
