Nikolaj Mitrofanov 1, 84Cm (6"1) tall, 74Kg
Insane planche, Maltese, and front lever combos

Simon Imhauser 1, 85Cm 86Kg, insane planche push and dynamics

Daniel Laizans 1, 84Cm tall, 72Kg
World Champion, World Class Athlete, both in planche, front lever, hand balance and dynamics

Calisrama 1, 80Cm and 75Kg, one of the best Planche Pushers in the world

Jack Vinati, 2, 02 Cm tall, 103Kg has a 10 seconds full planche

Why do people keep saying that tall heavy people cannot planche?

Come on man... Just look up these and many other athletes...

To all those people getting discourage to train calisthenics, specially planche and fron lever because of height and weight... Please, dont give up.

feedback: This is starting to get old, no beginner on the heavier side (not short and lean) can learn planche quickly and with the tips that you give. I'm one of those people that have been trying to learn planche for 5 years consistently and I can tell you that the only thing which helps is bands & straddle attempts until you start holding it for several seconds. After that you start pushing to lift your body and understand how you can actively push while leaning forward and lifting your legs. I would say as soon as you start understanding the actively pushing part thats when things will start improving quickly(thats what happened for me). All of this advice about tuck and protraction is just pure bs. As soon as I stopped caring too much about protraction thats when I started to progress after 4 years! only this last year I have progressed decently by not caring too much about perfect form and tuck planche. My straddle holds with bands have been improving by alot only in a few months. I will just change to lighter band and in the end remove the band completely. Tuck planche and this protraction bs will not get you anywhere. Works only for short and light people who would do planche without this advice anyway. Good luck.

P.S work on your forearms, people work on their biceps for planche but reality is that it requires strong forearms and shoulders.

Mysskin had once made a Video on 'Lensing'.

That's the best video I've seen so far of any Tamil film maker talking about the technical side.

They restricted the Video 😣😣

Vocal Oli should invite Tamil Film makers as Guests in its episodes. It'll help budding filmmakers in Tamilnadu.
