I’ve been to pt and all the muscles I have issues with you talk about, but they don’t give any info like you, keep it going

I swear everyday you bring up things that are exactly what I’m trying to address. Your channel has been a good mine for me.

Well done Sir. I feel many people have issues like this possibly due to past or present anxiety and stress. I've been to so many Dr's and they never even come close to giving me a solution such as this. Many thanks my friend...

Ive never seent a picture of diaphram like that.
Every video gets some positive responses from my body. My pt laughed that i go to yt for my therapy... 3 months later i left pt cuz they were just taking money and had 0 motivation to help me get better. They gotta get that money!

OH YEAH! Literally told me that diaphram had nothing to do with release 😂 luckily i was a little bit talented as a youth or i may have believed them.

I am wondering if this would also benefit those with a hiatal hernia?

I love your take on the Psoas years of trouble eased after one session of this. Are you able to cover off causes of side foot pain up into calf muscle.

Wow my ribs shoot for the roof! After 20yrs of useless PT, I learn something I've never seen before almost every time this guy pops up in my feed. There are so many things I apparently should be doing and im scared to just do them all at once, plus there are only so many hours in a day so I need like a top 5. Amazing info... dont get me wrong. Im just experiencing information overload. Also its really easy to overdo some of these even when they look so easy. Many of these moves need a name too so i can write them down vs trying to draw stick figures.

Wow no Pt ever told me this! I do know we did this in Pilates class but been years since I went (cost prohibitive or I’d still go).

Would the tight psoas cause what feels like a tight lat/lower rear rib to upper glutes on that side?

Lateral flexion/oblique stretch (standing pulling my elbow over my head) really gets the area but not fixing it.

Can you do a video on a pinched Femoral nerve above the quadriceps causing the quads to go numb…

this is why i stopped smoking bongs i believe its the root cause of my tight psoas due to holding in my breath a lot and my ribs and chest always in a flexed state making it go down the line as everything is connected day 4 and im already feeling looser also steam room has helped me a ton to help relax and open my airways and control my breathing :]
