This is how we develop, strengthen, root and ground ourselves in our breath, mind, & body and in the present moment.

Return to the breath, observe thoughts AND feelings, and without judging them, let them go, bringing the attention back to the breath.

It's crazy how struggling it can be to just breathe. This is relaxing and helpful. I prefer this over yoga

This is the first breathing meditation I've been able to finish because I felt like you described what to do in a way I could imagine, so i could find a path for my attitude towards the breath. I wasn't stuck overthinking how I was breathing. Really helped my gastritis in my upper abdomen, thank you

I was really struggling with focusing more on the exhale vs the inhale but appreciated the challenge because it made me give up trying to control my breathing if that’s makes sense. Really looking forward to using this video with my anxiety. So nice to know I’m not alone, thank you very much.🥺❤️

I felt calm after because I was taking my kids to school and rushed and felt HORRIBLE. I did my daily meditation 🧘‍♀️ and felt amazing after!!! Thank you, lots

This is one of the best meditations for diaphragmatic breathing. I love how you encourage people to use their senses and to really feel their feelings. That is so encouraging.

So worth it I have to wake up for school at 6 Am and it’s 12 Am and I’m getting ready to sleep, worth the time.definitely doing again.👍🏻🥱😴

I’ve been suffering from chronic respiratory issues from long haul covid for months. There are some days when no medicine or strategies work except for this video. I have probably used it about 100 times to reset my breathing.
